One heart one Love Foundation for Universal Love

supporting people with their awakening process

This meditation came to me when I was facing a person and drawing what I imagined their physical heart and mine looked like. I brought the two pieces of paper together, and when I flipped the paper up it made the actual heart shape by overlapping. Later I began drawing the part of the heart that overlapped as rainbow colored flame. This image of the One heart one Love came up over and over again for me. I felt I was guided to make it into a meditation technique to resolve polarities that prevent us from experiencing the Oneness of our being with each other. The meditation started with me saying that: You have half of my heart and I have half of your heart, together we have One heart one Love. The concept of it evolved into becoming part of the name of our foundation.

The One heart one Love Universal Love Consciousness Technique

The purpose of this technique is to assist us in transmuting overlay belief systems of duality into ULC (Universal Love Consciousness).

This is a meditation for creating harmony within relationships. The idea was origin all inspired by the concept of twin flames, which is a romantic, spiritual love between a couple. The idea had expanded, elevated on a larger scale, to Divine Love. This technique/meditation is used for relationships between any couple in a relationship, family & friends.

Heals Conflict
- romantic partners
- friends
- parent/child
- “supposed enemies”

Group Meditation – We sit in a circle & we all put our hearts in the center, & visualize one major holographic heart in the center of the circle.
Single person – visualize that your antagonizing thoughts are the other half of the one heart.

Energetically to others – we visualize people who are in conflict coming together holographically as One heart one Love.

I would like people to share their experiences with this meditation. Thank you.

Ana
